Stuck in the hamper with the dirty laundry for another Self Portrait Challenge. This was definitely the hardest and most uncomfortable pose I’ve ever had to do for a self-portrait. Also, because I shot this with my new Lomo Fisheye 2 camera, I had to wait until after I got the film back from that lab to see the results. The wait was worth it though. I couldn’t stop laughing when I saw the look on my face in the photo. I’m still laughing… :P

Check it out! I’ve been selected as an August featured member on Self Portrait Challenge. Many of my photos have been selected as some of the best submissions during the monthly challenges, but being the featured artist for this month is pretty darn cool. It’s always nice when someone appreciates the work I do, even if that work is mostly me goofing off in front of a camera just for kicks. ;)
Trapped inside a few frames of film for Self Portrait Challenge’s “Enclosed Space” theme. Nothing profound to write this week. Just some good ol’ photography goofiness.
This month’s theme for Self Portrait Challenge is “Enclosed Space”. As soon as I read the description for the theme, I immediately thought of men’s room stalls. They’re generally pretty cramped. They’re usually dark. Sometimes they’re rather scary. And, I can’t say that they’re always clean. It’s like whoever designed them purposely made them uncomfortable so that you would go in, do your business, and leave as quickly as possible. It’s not a pleasant place to be.
