Tuesday, April 17, was Free Cone Day at Ben and Jerry’s. It was also a gorgeous sunny day. Normally, a bunch of us from work go every year, but everyone was too busy this time around. Good thing the event ran until 8 PM. I swung by Ben and Jerry’s after work, got my free scoop of coffee ice cream (I can’t remember the exact complicated name), and then went for a walk along the lake. It was a bit on the cool side (mid-50’s), but at least the sun was out. Not a bad way to wind down after work.
“Coffee Coffee, Buzz Buzz Buzz” is my bet (a personal favorite). It really was a fantastic day to have their event.
There are rumors of mid-upper 60s this weekend. I sincerely hope they prove to not be unsubstantiated.
